  • Applications are available April 1 and applications must be received before Sept. 20.

  • If you need a printed application:

E-mail your application request to sugarmoundartscrafts.smac@gmail.com and we will mail a copy to you.

 

  • Photos are required, to ensure Sugar Mound Arts & Crafts Festival continues to promote original handmade products.

Please send three-to-five current photos of product with your packet.

If you are a returning vendor, new photos are required. Please DO NOT send duplicates of photos from past years.

**Photos will not be returned.

 

  • Placement requests can be made but are not guaranteed.

Such requests will be honored on a first come, first serve basis.

Placement is the decision of the Festival Committee and is final.

 

  • Association reserves the right to refuse any entry. If not accepted, application fee will be returned.

Vendor Information

Sugar Mound Arts & Crafts Festival is a juried show open to artists and craftsmen presenting original, handmade items, vintage & uniquely re-purposed items, handmade antique reproductions, etc.

 

The following are not allowed: Party based or multi-level marketing home businesses, Flea market and antique items.

DATE: October 11th & 12th 2025

 

LOCATION:   Linn County Fairgrounds

8476 Kansas Hwy 7

Mound City, Ks 66056

 

TIME: Sat. 9am to 6pm AND Sun. 9am to 4pm

FEE: Booth fee is $150.00 per booth and due with the application.

 

BOOTHS

  • Inside booths are 10ft. long and 8ft. deep.

  • Outside booths are 10ft. by 10ft.

  • Limit of two spaces per vendor with the exception of the Sunflower Barn, Blue Barn and Outside. A maximum of 3 spaces will be available in those 3 areas. Please indicate your preference.

  • Entries are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • All merchandise must be contained within your assigned booth space.

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS: Absolutely no buy/sell, Imports, manufactured or mass produced items allowed in the show. All items must be 50% customized by vendor. No profanity or inappropriate gestures are allowed on merchandise. Festival officials will be checking booths to enforce this requirement. If you are in violation, you will be asked to remove the items not eligible. Future participation in the festival will be reviewed. **Festival officials reserve the right to inspect booth merchandise and request removal of any such items. Non-compliance may result in ineligibility of vendor for future shows.​

ELECTRICITY: There is very limited electricity available for inside booths.

  • Only two (2) spot lights per vendor will be allowed.

  • Power cords must be at least 12-gauge to comply with county fire codes.

  • There is no electricity available for outside booths.

 

STATE TAX: Each vendor is responsible for paying Kansas sales tax. Forms are available on the State of Kansas web site.

 

2025 CAMPING INFORMATION:

  • The cost of camping will be $25.00 per night.

  • Camping will be paid when you check-in. A space will be assigned at that time.

  • No prepaid camping.
